CUSTOMER RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER STATEMENT

Customer Return Policy. You may return products only with H2O Supply's prior written approval utilizing a Return Goods Authorization number obtained from customer service. A minimum of 20% restocking charge will be made on all returns plus shipping charges back to the factory of origin. If in cases of a manufacturing defect, returnable product is pursuant to the manufacturer's warranty, or a shipping error on the part of our company. Special order items are not returnable. There is no right of set-off. The customer service department may authorize credit memoranda for authorized returns subject to material being in salable condition upon return, or H2O Supply will charge a deduction for putting the material in salable condition or product may be returned to customer at customer's sole expense. All claims, shortages and damages must be reported within two (2) days of receipt of merchandise. All sales are otherwise made subject to H2O Supply's conditions and terms of sale.

MANUFACTURERS' WARRANTIES AND SALES LITERATURE

The product's manufacturer warrants most of the products listed or shown. A copy of the manufacturer's warranty is supplied with the product or may be obtained upon request. H2O Supply assumes no responsibility for the content or fulfillment of such warranties or the product manufacturers sales brochures, submittal data or other literature, including manufacturers MSDS sheets. No consumer warranties, as defined in the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act or the Federal Trade Commission Acts or regulations, shall arise from the sale of products from H2O Supply.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The buyer's sole and exclusive warranty if any, is that provided by the product's manufacturer. H2O Supply disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall H2O Supply be held liable for incidental or consequential damage of any kind. H2O Supply sole liability in all events shall be limited to the product's sales price.
